Khalanga : Bheri Municipality and the International Society for Volunteerism and Globalization (ISVG) have formally signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to launch Chinese (Mandarin) language classes.
The official agreement was signed during a special event held today at the Bheri Municipality office.
On the occasion, Mayor Chandra Prakash Gharti described the initiative as a historic achievement for both the municipality and the entire district.
Emphasizing the importance of this opportunity, especially for youth and job seekers, he stated, “The foundation of the future begins with language. Let us all come together to make the most of this opportunity.”

Representatives from ISVG expressed their belief that language learning can open doors to international opportunities. Preparations for launching the classes will be completed soon, and information regarding the application process will be shared with interested residents.
The Chinese language classes, jointly organized by Bheri Municipality and ISVG, are expected to bring positive changes in the fields of education, skills development, and employment.
